This product worked excellent for me.
The silicon is very thin and soft so typing on the keyboard was very easy to adapt to. In fact, I personally like the soft touch of it. Also, the color shade on the product is not strong and hence it still looks pretty with the lighted keyboard.
I don’t typically write reviews, but this product worked so well for me that I decided to add my two cents.

They say it’s for Macs, but I liked the look and specs of the 13.3 Be.ez sleeve and thought it could work for my ASUS UL30VT. It does.
The fit isn’t tight, but there’s no laptop swimming around in the sleeve either. I’ve always used neoprene sleeves but chose to go with this memory foam concept this time around. It does seem as if it’ll protect my machine more than the neoprene; time will tell. The Be.ez sleeve is well made and the zipper doesn’t touch the laptop, meaning no scratches. It goes in and out of my backpack constantly and so far it is resisting well.
What I don’t understand is why computer sleeve manufacturers don’t also offer a smaller sleeve for the AC adapter, the exception being the Sony Vaio neoprene sleeves. The computer is well protected, but the AC and the cord are not. Makes no sense.

if you are looking for the older version (i.e. the one in this listing), know that the seller does not seem to have it and will most likely send you the later version (slightly different build, no raised corners on the top portion) with no explanation. hardly a big deal but i went out of my way to find the older version of the case and was disappointed when I received the V2 model. my email back and forth with the seller verged on the absurd. they refused to acknowledge the mistake and just sent me cut-and-paste responses re their return policy.

Pros:
One of my friends owned a School Hymn for his MacBook Pro and I was really impressed with the quality of the materials that are used in the case, so I went and bought one for my unibody MacBook. It fits almost perfectly; it seemed like there was just a tiny bit of wiggle room, but not nearly enough to worry about. It fits the computer very well. The zipper is well constructed, with a large easy-to-grab zipper pull. Since its leather (or pleather?) food / coffee wipes off really easily… which is good for someone like me who spills all the time. Finally, this isn’t a floppy case. Both sides of the case have something underneath the foam… I’m guessing a sheet of plastic, that keeps them fairly rigid to protect against little bumps and stuff that happen when the computer gets knocked against a table or door handle (something else that I accidentally do all the time.)
Cons:
Some people use it on their laps the MacBook fan blows downwards and kinda gets blocked by the foam. Not a problem really… I just don’t chose to use it this way. Also, I wish that Crumpler had put one more piece of foam or something around the zipper. I’m just hoping that the zipper doesn’t scratch the computer on the inside. The computer is probably isolated by the lining on the inside enough. But you can never be too safe (unless its like a memory foam enclosed Pelican case. That might be overboard for day-to-day.)
So overall, a great laptop case. Looks great, feels great in your hands, and protects your MacBook or other 13″ computer very well. 5 stars
